We would like to introduce a case where our equipment was adopted in a factory that fills powdered food products. It seems that there are many types of powders, but we received inquiries regarding particularly poor flowability of powdered tea, which leads to troubles. While the main body of the auger filling machine does not create bridges due to the stirring blades, it appears that blockages frequently occur in the chute section between the expanded hopper at the top and the filling machine. After reviewing the drawings and discussing the situation, we thought that installing one Brody Disk Mini could resolve the issue, so we lent it to the customer for testing.
